19th Istanbul International Yarn Fair Will be held on June 1-3th

Manufacturers engaged in yarn industry, the most important raw material in the textile industry will convene for the 19th time at TÜYAP Fair and Exhibition Center on June 1-3th 2023.
Visitors will find the opportunity to experience the transformation adventure of the recyclable yarns as well as sector innovations in the fair, which was established on an area of 40,000 m2 with new additional halls added this year due to intense demand.

Therefore we regret to inform you that 19th International Istanbul Yarn Fair is now scheduled to take place on June 1-3, 2023 instead of the previously announced dates of February 16-18, 2023.

Dear Exhibitors and Visitors,
In light of the recent coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan city and Hubei Province in mainland China, we are monitoring developments closely in regards to International Istanbul Yarn Fair, which will be organized between the dates 27-29 February 2020.
We would like to share with you the outcome of our meetings with Turkish Ministry of Health and Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as the Chinese authorities.
In line with the decision taken by Turkish authorities, direct flights from China to Turkey has been suspended until the end of February.
Due to travel restrictions Chinese exhibitors as well as Chinese visitors from mainland China who have pre-registered to our show, have stated that they will not be able to attend our show this year.

Eurasia's biggest fair in the sector, the 16th International Istanbul Yarn Fair, organized by Tüyap Fairs, once again achieved great success. The fair, which was held with the participation of 302 companies and company representatives from 22 countries, hosted 9,854 visitors in total, 1,752 of them coming from abroad and 8,102 from within Turkey.

Yarn Fair Proved Itself to be the 2nd Biggest of the World with the Record Number of Visitors

14th International Istanbul Yarn Fair that took place thanks to Tüyap’s hospitality, along with Knitting Tech 2017 and 26th International Knitting, Sock, Embroidery Machines and Sub-industry Fairs held simultaneously ended with a great success. 

International Yarn Fair Breaks Record

The 15th International Istanbul Yarn Fair hosted by Tüyap achieved great success by breaking its own record of the previous year. Organized with the participation of 318 companies and company representatives from 23 countries, the Fair welcomed 2,729 foreign and 9,769 domestic visitors, which is 12,498 visitors in total.
 

Turkish Yarn Industry & Yarn Export

Yarn is one of the most essential intermediate products both in the fabric and clothing industries. Our yarn export volume increased by 10%, reaching approximately 1.8 billion dollars in 2017. It is noted that we reached a value of nearly 500 million dollars in yarn exports during the period of January-March 2018.
