Product Description XINDA offers a wide range of products for polyester filament, staple and non-woven applications. These products add value to polyester fibers through color or functional attributes. In addition to standard products, we can custom design products to suit your specific needs. Facility The high dispersion efficiency results from the state-of-art facilities. We have seven big Co-kneader lines in our plant. One SJW-45 Co-Kneader, two SJW-70 Co-Kneaders, three SJW-100 Co-Kneaders, one SJW-140 Co-Kneader and five PSHJ twin-screw extruders. Products The throughput of the 2006 masterbatch is 15,000 tons. The majority of which is black masterbatch, which accounts for 70% of the total. Our black masterbatches for polyester fibers are dispersions of Carbon-black in a polyester carrier. These products offer excellent dispersion for dope dying PET fibers. The main products for black polyester masterbatch are listed as following: Mod Renk Uygulama ZY GA01 SUPER BLACK POY ZY GA02 SUPER BLACK PSF ZY GA03 SUPER BLACK Recycle PSF ZY GA04 BLACK Recycle PSF Color Masterbatches for Dyed Polyester We offer custom color masterbatches and single pigment dispersions for manufacture of solution dyed polyester fiber for various applications such as: Automotive textiles Awnings and other outdoor applications Upholstery and home textiles Apparel Instruction During the actual spinning applications, the dosage of the masterbatches and the spinning process should be adjusted in accordance with the raw materials. It is recommended that the temperature be controlled within 280~295. The PET color masterbatch has a strong moisture absorption, so it is should be completely dryed before using. Packing 25kg per bag. The packing bag is designed with two layers.
