In order to implement the national Belt and Road initiative, Zhongtai Group and the Tajikistan government jointly established Zhongtai (Hatlon)- Agricultural Industry Co., Ltd. and Zhongtai (Dangara) SIN SILU Textile Industry Co., Ltd., with an investment of 2 billion yuan. The construction of a whole industrial chain integrating cotton planting, processing and spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, and garment has been started in four phases. It has now become an agricultural textile industrial park with the largest scale and the highest modernization in Central Asia.
Zhongtai Dangara Textile Industrial Park is equipped with the best quality resources. The first phase of 60,000-spindle combed compact spinning is a full-process textile workshop with imported equipment from Rieter, Switzerland. The production specifications are 30- 60 high-quality combed compact yarns, the second phase of the 90,000-spindle open-end spinning workshop imported German Trussler textile equipment, mainly producing 10-32 open-end spinning yarns. The laboratory is equipped with a full set of world-class USTER testing instruments, providing the most accurate, authoritative and reliable testing reports in real time. Efficient quality management also ensures that the annual output of yarn reaches 15,000 tons, accounting for 80% of the total in Tajikistan. , Over the years, the products have been sold to Italy, Russia, Egypt, Turkey, Poland, and many other countries.
