Our 60,000 m² indoor facility, equipped with our Rieter brand machinery, produces 60 tons of compact yarn per day, and 25 tons of ring-spun yarn daily from various quality fibers such as 100% cotton, cotton polyester, viscose, acrylic, and modal. With a total production capacity of 85 tons, we are a major manufacturer in the textile industry.
Cotton melange yarn is prepared by mixing colored cotton fibers according to the desired color in the blowroom stage of yarn production.
It is a type of yarn produced with Rieter Compact technology and for which we have reached a capacity of 70 tons/day.
Cotton-polyester melange yarns can be produced in the colors listed in our color chart and in the desired colors and mixing ratios upon customer request.
These are bobbin sample yarns prepared in line with the customer s order request.
