Firstly, Company started Spinning Operations in 2015 with an initial capacity of 29184 spindles and company is an advanced spinning mill, specialized in the production of 100% cotton ring spun yarn. At the beginning for spinning mills daily production was 25 tons per day, and it reached to 50 tons per day by February 2022. Over the 7 years, it has expanded to 60 000 spindles and productivity is more than 18 000 tons per year high quality combed compact, carded, core, dual core and slub yarn with the possibility of producing yarn counts on carded lines from Ne 8/1 to Ne 36/1 and on combed compact lines from Ne 28/1 to Ne 50/1. We are the first factory, which implemented Rieter Q-Package and Step Nose Bar System in Uzbekistan. The company has the laboratory testing equipment of leading European Manufacturers. The yarn is tested for modern equipment from USTER (Switzerland). All results are in 5% range confirmed by USTER Statistics in. USP: 5%
